You don’t need another template. You need a partnership; one that understands your goals and your life, your strengths and your setbacks. You need coaching that meets you where you are and evolves with you. At Waybound, coaching is personal. It’s grounded in structure, honesty, and adaptability. Whether you’re chasing a first ultra, planning a return after injury, or lining up for a 200-mile odyssey, I’m here to help you train with intention, and stay connected to the reason you run.
1-on-1 Personalized Coaching
Your goals. Your life. Your way. This is where the real work—and the real growth—happens. Training isn’t static, neither is your plan. I adapt your training in real-time based on life, energy levels, race calendar shifts, illness, or injury warning signs. You’ll never be stuck with a plan that no longer fits.
What’s included
– Weekly planning of all training (runs, recovery, strength, mobility)
– Ongoing plan updates and adjustments as life changes
– Training data review and pattern insights
– Unlimited text/email support
– One deep-dive coaching call per month (only in English and Dutch)
– Race-specific guidance and preparation (pacing, gear, strategy)
– Long-term season planning & race calendar guidance
– Mental strategy and mindset coaching
– Honest, flexible feedback with zero ego or pressure
– Comeback support if you’re injured or burned out
Together, we’ll map out your year (or season) to include goal races, tune-up events, down weeks, and recovery blocks. Think of it as trail-running strategy with a long view.
Periodic reviews of training data (effort levels, long runs, back-to-backs, etc.) to identify strengths, weaknesses, and where to focus. I’ll teach you how to read your patterns and make smarter decisions on the trail.
Rest is part of the plan; not a mistake. I’ll build in recovery weeks, mobility work, and suggestions for strength, breathwork, or mindfulness to keep you sustainable over the long run.
We’ll build mental strategies for races, hard weeks, and the inevitable self-doubt. Whether it’s preparing for low points in a 100-miler or navigating post-race blues, I’ll help you build tools that go beyond toughness.
If you’re racing a goal event, I can provide race check-ins before/during, or be on call for remote support. Think of it as having a coach in your corner while you’re out on course. I will help you prep you and your team, time estimates, fueling, and logistics so you can focus on running, not project management.

Pathfinding Sessions
For runners asking deeper questions about who they are and why they run. Running isn’t just a sport. It’s a way of being in the world. But what happens when your relationship to running shifts? Maybe you’re coming back from injury or burnout. Maybe your competitive goals no longer feel like they fit. Maybe you’re not sure if you still love running, or if it’s just something you do. Pathfinding Sessions are designed for runners at these turning points. This isn’t performance coaching. This is space to reflect, reframe, and reorient to make sense of where you are now and imagine where you want to go.
Who it’s for
– People who want to run with purpose—but need help reconnecting to it
– Runners returning from injury, burnout, or long time off
– Athletes shifting away from competition toward something deeper
– Anyone at a threshold moment, craving clarity or change
What’s included
– One 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching structured but open conversation to help you explore your evolving identity as a runner. We’ll look at what’s shifted, what still matters, and what you might be ready to let go of or redefine.
– Pre-call reflection prompt to help you tune into what’s coming up for you and get clear on what you want to explore.
– Post-call personalized recap with insights, suggestions, and possible next steps (running-related or not).
– Optional follow-up (discounted) if you want to continue, you can book a follow-up within 30 days at a reduced rate.
This isn’t therapy or a performance review. It’s a reflective coaching conversation; for people who know that how you run is part of who you are.
